Adult diapers consist of two layers of flannel; one full layer of cotton; and two stitched in soakers. Our standard diapers come with one inch Velcro across the wings and front of the diapers. You also have the option of Birdseye instead of flannel below. Large fits 40" to 47" waist. Available in White, Pink, Blue, Yellow, or one of the prints listed below.
